FAQs

How many people in each team?

Teams will typically have 4–6 people for a balanced mix of skills.

Registration is individual only. However, if multiple members of an existing team are selected, you are welcome to work together when teams are formed at the event.

No. The hackathon is fully in person, so you will need to join us onsite.

We cannot sponsor individual trips, but regular buses between Muscat and Sohar will be available. We will provide details on schedules closer to the event.

We cannot cover accommodation, but we are offering participants a discounted rate at the Radisson Blu Sohar. Details will be shared with selected participants.

Bring your laptop or device. Everything else will be provided — catering, coffee, workspace, etc. Aside from that, the 48 hours are intense and exciting, so getting good sleep beforehand is the best preparation.
